All members of the Elizabeth Vale Sports Club Incorporated are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday 20th of October 2017 commencing 7pm at the Club.
Nominations are called for the following positions and are requested to be submitted in writing (via email) to the General Secretary committee@evsc.org.au, at least 14 days before the notified date of the meeting (i.e. 6th October) , accompanied by a letter from the nominee consenting to serve if elected. Nominations may be accepted from the floor.
